Return & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is everything we chase for. That's why returning products back to CoolLCD is fast & easy! We are Easy 2-Years Warranty. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to CoolLCD or apply full refund within 7 days from the date you receive it, subject to the conditions and exclusions below:

Eligibility Conditions
Discussion with our Service Team is required before your return. Usually we would trouble shoot the issues as shortly, so it is necessary to tell us FIRSTLY if your goods seem problematic.
All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in the original packaging, and must not have any installation marks or signs of use. Must be sealed in the original packaging for a full refund.
In the event of missing accessories, we would ship the accessories to your without charging you shipping fee.
If your order includes several items, we only accept return of the wrong items which are supposed be returned after authorization.

Defective or Damaged Items
Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.
Defective products can be returned to get repaired within 2 years (from the date products are received). Customers are not allowed to disassemble the unit, please firstly contact us in case of problems.

If the problems were not caused by customers, we bear all the repair fee & shipping fee.
If the problems were caused by customers (such as broken the cage or disassembled the unit), customers bear all the repair fee & shipping fee.

>= 30 days and <= 1 year
If the problems were not caused by customers, we bear repair fee & shipping fee of returning repaired units to customers, customers bear the shipping fees.
If the problems were caused by customers (such as broken the cage or disassembled the unit), customers bear all the repair fee & shipping fee.

>= 1 year and <= 2 years
If the problems were not caused by customers, we only bear the repair fee, customers bear all the shipping fee.
If the problems were caused by customers (such as broken the cage or disassembled the unit), customers bear all the repair fee & shipping fee.

Exchanges
Please wait for 3-5 business days for mail-in exchanges to be processed.

Refunds & Credits
Full Refund: 7- Day Money Back.
If you do not open the package within 7 days from the date you receive it, you can apply for Return for Full Refund (deducting processing fee). We would offer refund once we receive the returned package. Customers bear the shipping fee of returning.

Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please wait for 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued no sooner than 10 business days after the date of purchase.
Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping fee are nonrefundable.
