1. 2 Years warranty (except for battery).
Battery warranty is 500 times re-charge, only 80% capacity left after the first 500 times re-charge.
2. Full Refund: 7- Day Money Back.
If you do not open the package within 7 days from the date you receive it, you can apply for Return for Full Refund (deducting processing fee). We would offer refund once we receive the returned package. Customers bear the shipping fee of returning.
In following cases, we'd like to change the right unit for you without any charge, OR you can return for full refund including the shipping fee of return.
a. We deliver wrong items to you;
b. We send items in wrong localized format, e.g. NTSC / PAL;
c. Online description of an item is wrong at the time of purchase, e.g. listing a function that is in fact not supported;
d. We send goods in the wrong color ONLY IF the customer actually specified a color choice in order comments or comments prior to the order.
But we cannot offer full refund for following reasons:
a. "The product does not look like the ones in your picture."
b. "The product is not what I'd imagine it to be.
c. "I am not satisfied with this product."
3. Repair Policy
Defective products can be returned to get repaired within 2 year (from the date products are received). Customers are not allowed to disassemble the unit, please firstly contact us in case of problems.
Within 30 days
if the problems were not caused by customers, we bear all the repair fee & shipping fee.
if the problems were caused by customers(such as broken the LCD or disassembled the unit), customers bear all the repair fee & shipping fee .
Within 1 year
if the problems were not caused by customers, we bear repair fee & shipping fee of returning repaired units to customers, customers bear the shipping fee of returning for repairment.
if the problems were caused by customers(such as broken the LCD or disassembled the unit), customers bear all the repair fee & shipping fee .
Within 2 year
if the problems were not caused by customers, we only bear the repair fee, customers bear all the shipping fee.
if the problems were caused by customers(such as broken the LCD or disassembled the unit), customers bear all the repair fee & shipping fee .
