I received my order and one minor thing was wrong, the post office messed up the box and a small part was lost. Hong was great, he made everything OK and sent me a new part. I will be a customer for life, these reviews are real, they truly care about the customer and now how to run a business for pro content creators. As for the DSLR rig parts, everything is top notch, the clamps, and especially the rods have excellent, precise machining and beautiful finish.
